We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged, however, we inspect all items before they are shipped. In the event that it’s damaged by the mail carrier, we will investigate the matter. Please send us an email at email@example.com with your request as we will require proof of the item being damaged. Further shipping details will be discussed once it’s approved to be replaced.
