Faith & Healing: A Trauma Focused Recovery Group Starts Tuesday, june 9, 2026

Healing is Possible. You Don’t Have to Walk This Path Alone.

Join us for a 12-week virtual journey combining clinical trauma-informed care with the restorative power of faith.

If you are struggling with the lingering effects of trauma, the weight of substance use, disappointment in relationships or the cycle of self-doubt—we see you. With Faith & Healing, we believe that true recovery addresses the mind, body, and spirit.

Your 12-Week Roadmap to Victory

We break the recovery process into manageable phases so you can heal at a sustainable pace:

  • Weeks 1-4: Building Your Foundation

    • Understanding the brain’s response to trauma and breaking the grip of shame and guilt.

  • Weeks 5-8: Developing Your Tools

    • Practical strategies for managing triggers, overcoming cravings, and rebuilding self-worth.

  • Weeks 9-12: Walking in Purpose

    • Setting healthy boundaries, preventing relapse, and stepping into the future God has for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is Telemental Health as effective as meeting in person? Most research indicates that Telemental Health is approximately as effective as in-person psychotherapy. While some non-verbal information may be processed differently through a screen, it offers significant benefits such as continuity of care if you move or travel, and increased convenience for your schedule.

2. Can I join the group if I am traveling or live in another state? Clinical services can only be provided if you are physically located in a state where the clinician is licensed. Currently, those states are Missouri, Illinois, North Carolina, South Carolina and Colorado. If you are on vacation outside of these states, you must notify us in advance to reschedule and avoid potential fees.

3. What happens if our video connection cuts out during a session? If a technical failure occurs and you are not in a crisis, please disconnect and wait two minutes; the clinician will attempt to re-contact you via the agreed platform. If the connection cannot be restored, you will only be charged a prorated amount for the actual time spent in the session.

4. Is the information I share in the group kept private? We have a legal and ethical responsibility to protect all communications. However, it is important to remember that because sessions take place outside of a private office; you participate from a room where you cannot be overheard by others. Also, confidentiality has specific legal limits, such as cases involving suspected abuse or threats of harm to yourself or others.

5. Can I interact with the agency on social media? While you are welcome to follow our public business pages, we maintain strict professional boundaries to protect your privacy. We do not "friend" or follow clients back, and we will not acknowledge you or respond to clinical concerns via social media platforms.
